Cesar Mendoza

Owner

Cesar Mendoza is the founder of Cesars Concrete, building the company from the ground up in Colorado. Drawing on the strong values instilled in him during his childhood in Mexico, Cesar developed an incredible work ethic as the youngest of five siblings. His passion for taking care of people is evident in every project he oversees, and he lives his life with integrity and respect for others. When you meet Cesar, you’ll immediately feel that you’ve found a concrete contractor you can trust.

Cesar has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the concrete industry, giving him extensive knowledge and expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his son and daughter, cherishing the moments that matter most.

Tyler Link

Co-Owner

Tyler Link is the Co-Owner of Cesars Concrete and plays a pivotal role in managing the office team and overseeing various departments. Prior to joining forces with Cesar, Tyler worked in digital marketing and operated a bounce house rental company here in Northern Colorado. His passion for business extends beyond his daily work, and he’s always seeking ways to improve by attending conferences, studying, and reading about industry best practices.

In his personal time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing coed soccer, hitting the gym, and taking trips to the mountains whenever he can.

Cesar Mendoza Jr.

Project Manager

Meet Cesar Mendoza Jr., the dedicated Project Manager at Cesars Concrete. As the son of owner Cesar Mendoza, Cesar Jr. has been involved with the company from the start, helping out wherever needed. Today, he manages all aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a critical link between field workers and office staff. While he’s always been part of the Cesars Concrete family, Cesar Jr. also worked at Coca-Cola before fully committing to the business.

When not managing projects, Cesar enjoys unwinding at home or taking scenic motorcycle rides around Northern Colorado.

Blake Tate

Office Manager

Blake Tate is the friendly face behind the scenes at Cesars Concrete, managing customer inquiries regarding scheduling, invoicing, and anything else that comes up. She stays in constant communication with our owners, team leads, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Prior to joining the team, Blake worked in accounts payable at a large accounting firm and even spent time as a dog groomer!

In her downtime, Blake is a competitive jump roper and coach who loves weightlifting and staying active. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and puppy.
